Mobile App Styling

If you want to change the Logo of your app, or the screenshots that appear in the app stores then we will need to resubmit your app for you, which you can request via our Support Desk - this can incur a charge.

From the Dashboard however you do have access to certain changes in imagery.

Single-venue App

If you have a single venue with us and you also have the mobile app you will need to set the splash screen.

  1. On your Dashboard navigate to Styling > App - Home Screen Styling

  2. On the right hand side first check the required picture specifications for the image that you will be uploading

  3. Then click Upload Image once you have a suitable file

     

  4. Move the zoom bar to the left or right as most appropriate and click Save

  5. Click Save Changes. You will see your image saved as above for this venue

Multi-venue App

If you have a multi-venue app you can give each of your venues a separate image. You’ll need to set each of these separately by following these instructions on each venue Dashboard.

  1. On your Dashboard navigate to Styling > App - List Screen Styling

  2. On the right hand side first check the required picture specifications for the image that you will be uploading

  3. Then click Upload Image once you have a suitable file

     

  4. Move the zoom bar to the left or right as most appropriate and click Save

  5. Click Save Changes. You will see your image saved as above for this venue

  6. Repeat these steps for your other venues if you have multiple venues
