Order Capacity

Managing your order capacity will help your kitchen manage how many orders can come through to the kitchen per time slot

See knowledge base article for more information HERE

Operational Hours

Set up your venue to reflect your operational hours. Your opening hours are your general venue opening times when someone is likely to be at the venue. Letting customers know the venue is open although it may not be taking online orders at those times.

You can then set your service hours to mirror your opening hours, or to be different to them. For example, perhaps you offer ‘To Seat’ service at a different time than when you offer collection or delivery.

Preparation Times

The preparation times that you set on your dashboard are the times that you are telling the customer that it takes to make their order. There are three times that you can alternate between depending on how busy the kitchen/bar currently is, and this is reflected live in the order slot (time) that the customer is able to order for.
