Mobile Apps

As well as your web-ordering journey which is accessible through your ‘http://menus.preoday.com/your-venue-name’ URL we also have a Google and Apple mobile app journey.

For the customers of yours who have the app downloaded you can send Push Notifications to them from your Dashboard.

The mobile apps and the web-ordering are controlled by the same settings on your Dashboard, you only need to se the Styling differently: set the Styling for your Mobile app.

Best Practices

When setting up your apps the first time we need some basic information about your app such as the App name, and both the short and long description. Find out how best to fill the descriptions with the information in our Search Optimisation guide.

Apple and Google apps

Both of your apps will be released to the app stores at the same time. For the Google app you don’t need to do anything and QikServe takes care of all the process for you. However for the Apple app there are a number of requirements that you need to be aware of that allow us to submit an app for you and for the app to remain on the app store.
