Locating your Venue ID

When raising an issue to our support team adding in your venue ID will help us navigate to the correct account and resolve the issue.

To locate this please log in to your QikServe Dashboard

  • Select the venue for your query from the drop down list (not the dashboard name with the Globe)

     

  • Once you have selected you venue name, your venue ID will be in the URL
