My application is displaying an error on the Basket Screen

The application is not able to reach your Point of Sale, or the items in your basket are not valid/available. When this happens, consult our POS Troubleshooter.

I have a General Printer Error

This error displays when the printer is not detected. When this happens, follow our Printer Troubleshooter

My reciept didn’t print, can I get another?

If your order was successful, yes. Check numbers are recorded on the Kitchen Display Screens/Printers. Please ask a cashier to help you.

Menu Questions

My application is showing items I don’t sell/don’t want to sell

The menu on your application is driven by the availability of the item on your Point of Sale. To remove an item from the application's menu, mark it as out of stock on your Point of Sale. The application will sync that data within 10 minutes.

I want to add new menu items to my menu

For enterprise customers, consult your digital project team. Otherwise, complete a Request

My menus content (images, descriptions etc.) is incorrect

Payment Questions

Will Customers be charged if their order fails?

No, if an order fails, we refund the charge to the customers account immediately. Depending on your bank, this refund could take a number of business days to appear.

My application are displaying an error on the Payment Screen

The kiosk has encountered an error either in the Payment Process or reaching your Point of Sale. When this happens, consult our Payments Troubleshooter and our POS Troubleshooter

Kiosk Questions

My Kiosk says it is closed

This message is displayed outwith the store’s configured Open and Closed times.

My Kiosks are displaying ‘Currently Unavailable’

The kiosk is not able to reach your Point of Sale. When this happens, consult our POS Troubleshooter

My Kiosk has a plain white screen

When it launches, the kiosk application needs to download your menu from QikServe. Depending on your network and internet connection, this can take some time to complete. If you see a kiosk in this state, wait approximately 30 mins to see if the issue improves
