ICR POS Integration

The ICR integration is one of the most common POS integrations available for Online Ordering. If you are interested in integrating your ICR POS with your Preoday/Qikserve dashboard, please follow the steps below to get you set up.

Setting up your ICR integration

1. Request the following venue-specific configurations from your ICR reseller:

   siteId= 
   priceLevel= 
   alias= 
   apiKey= 
   deliveryFeePlu=
   newPullMenu=true
   processLeadTime= (optional) 

2. Once you have this information, send it over to support@qikserve.com, letting us know when you would like us to carry out the integration, avoiding busy periods where possible.

   1. In order to make this process as seamless as possible, please provide the name of your venue(s) as it appears on your dashboard. This will help us correctly verify your account.
