Set up

To set this feature on your platform please follow the steps below

  • Log in to your QikServe dashboard, select the Menu tab and then select Order Again

    • You will then be able to view the Analytics of any orders being placed through ‘Order again', including but not limited to

      • Items reordered

      • Interaction rate

      • Average item value

      • Order again revenue

    • In this section select the blue settings button, top right corner (this is where you will set up the rules for the feature)

  • In settings you are then required to enable the feature by toggling on the Order again carousel

    • Add your title

    • If you want to show images

    • What you want to show (there are 3 to select from)

      • Previously ordered items (7 items in total will be shown)

      • Previous orders

      • Hybrid - last order, followed by previous items

    Once you have set the rules, select the blue button Save

You can change the rules of the carousel and this will then show in real time to the users.

User Journey

See below the steps a user must take to reorder their items. Ordering from the menu user journey for reordering an item or order they have placed

Ordering from the menu

  • Once a user logs in (they must have previous orders on their account) the items or full orders will show as a carousel at the top of the menu

  • They simply scroll along the carousel and choose their item/order

    • Add the modifiers, If applicable

    • Add to order

  • If they choose an order, they can swipe between orders to choose which previous one they would like to add. They can either

    • Reorder & Checkout

    • Add to basket & Keep shopping

If there are any items from that order that are not available, this will show on the item before ordering and won’t be added to the order.

Ordering from Account

  • Users are required to log in to their account

  • Select my account and here they will find their order history

  • By selecting Reorder this then bring up shows the items in that order

    • They can Reorder & checkout

    • Add to basket and continue shopping

FAQ’s

  • Can more than one gift card be used on a bill? Yes, this can be actioned.

  • Can I use QikPay with my EPOS? Yes have a look at the POS systems we support with QikPay on our website - https://qikserve.com/platform/pay-at-table/

  • What happens if I do not have enough credit on my Toggle card? You'll need to use an alternate payment method.

  • Can you pay with Toggle and the remainder with another payment provider for example Cash? Yes if the venue supports cash. Otherwise the remainder will need to be paid by card.

  • What happens if I need a refund? Does the credit return to my Toggle card? Yes, Credit returns to Toggle card.
