Log in to your QikServe dashboard, select the Menu tab and then select Order Again
You will then be able to view the Analytics of any orders being placed through ‘Order again', including but not limited to
Items reordered
Interaction rate
Average item value
Order again revenue
In this section select the blue settings button, top right corner (this is where you will set up the rules for the feature)
In settings you are then required to enable the feature by toggling on the Order again carousel
Add your title
If you want to show images
What you want to show (there are 3 to select from)
Previously ordered items (7 items in total will be shown)
Previous orders
Hybrid - last order, followed by previous items
...
If there are any items from that order that are not available, this will show on the item before ordering and not ass add it to the order.
