New Features

  • Delivery driver chat for Orderlord DELIVERY SERVIE MOBILE ORDER & PAY

    • If you are integrated with the delivery service Orderlord you can make use of the Driver Chat functionality. The customer gets a popup on our apps telling them that there is a new message from the driver, allowing them to engage in text chat to aid swift and accurate delivery

Improvements

  • Kiosk pages USER INTERFACE KIOSK

    • The instructions to continue payment on the PED device have been improved for resolution size 1024 x 768

    • As have the order confirmation page for the same resolution

  • Tookan reporting DELIVERY SERVICE MOBILE ORDER & PAY

    • Tookan is a delivery service integration and in Nigeria payments are taken at the time of delivery rather than at the time of order. We have updated our integration so that an order’s payment ID can be updated by Tookan, keeping reporting accurate for the business

  • Toggle UI GIFT CARD QIKPAY MOBILE ORDER & PAY

    • An error message is now displayed on orders where the payment is incomplete. This is designed to avoid confusion from lack of messaging, much like a successful order has an 'accepted' message displayed

  • Nested sections imagery USER INTERFACE MOBILE ORDER & PAY

    • If you have a section within another menu section both can have different section imagery on the closed check journey, and we’ve updated the open check UI with this too

  • Ordering with multiple payments QIKPAY MOBILE ORDER & PAY

Bug Fixes

  • Stored payment cards on user accounts were not available at the checkout for multi venue native apps MOBILE ORDER & PAY

  • Menu section images not displaying correctly for QikOrder open check solution MOBILE ORDER & PAY

  • ICR POS integrated stores unable to sync menus MOBILE ORDER & PAY

  • Intermittent TLS errors sending emails from OrderPrinterService on the kiosks KIOSK

  • Application messages set without a mobile app version number were not displaying MOBILE ORDER & PAY

  • Is Talkbox promos now fixed? This ticket says released to prod but there task inside there says released to UAT. https://qikserve.atlassian.net/browse/PLAT-1167
