New Features

  • Google Analytics 4 REPORTING QIKPAY MOBILE ORDERING

    • We now support GA4 tracking which is the newer type of Google Analytics. This is in addition to the older UA type, and you can use both at the same time if you like as they produce different reports. Read more about the differences between UA and GA4 here. We now offer Google Analytics on QikOrder (both our open and closed check journeys), as well as on QikPay (our pay at table journey)

    • For a custom kiosk design we have amended the category and sub category appearance

    • Now supporting Finnish, Russian, Dutch, simplified Chinese, and German

Bug Fixes

  • Error exporting the Venue Invoice report from the Dashboard Analytics MOBILE ORDERING

  • Editing the quantity of an item at basket level was affected when more than one of the same item with different modifiers is selected MOBILE ORDERING

  • Tags were not working when applied to individual items but instead only at section level, which is resolved MOBILE ORDERING

  • Publishing operational hours from the Global Dashboard down to venues was not working MOBILE ORDERING

  • With ‘To Seat’ ordering if you entered a table number and then deleted the characters to input a new number the original number would be kept when you progressed MOBILE ORDERING
