Issue with items that have nested modifiers

- Items that had nested modifiers attached would create an error when adding to basket, this has now been resolved.
Restricted Order hours Deliverect

- Setting category availability via Deliverect was not being reflected in the Qikserve dashboard and in turn not being applied. This has been resolved.
Slow to add items to basket
