New Features
Card Validation for Open Check
Status title Open Check For our Open-Check venues, the first customer who starts a new table will be asked add their card as validation.
This is to act as a deterrent for customers to create a food and drink order and then walk out without paying
Digimap Jersey integration
Status title delivery We now source addresses in Jersey directly from Jersey, providing much more accurate addresses than Google Maps and unlocking delivery potential within Jersey.
This feature is available by default on all Jersey-based venues
Improvements
Event venues calendar display - FF new weborders UI
Status title Events Dates that contain events are now filled in
highlighted to the customer, and is available automatically to anyone on the new web orders UI

Adyen/Adyen Dropin paymentspayment
Status title payment A large number of improvements have been rolled out relating to improving the webhook flow, how errors are surfaced, the flow of order statuses that get affected by 3DS, and the UX
iDeal paymentapayments
Status title payment Some customer paying via iDeal were not redirected after payment to the confirmation screen because we couldn’t be sure it was the same user coming back to the platform. Now we will send an Auth along with the redirect request so that we do know and can display the correct screen
COMO loyalty integration
Status title loyalty We have removed the Marketing Opt in box for the COMO domains on the sign-in and my account pages
Omnico POS
Status title POS We now support room charges with Omnico integration
ICR images change
Status title pos Status title menus ICR has implemented a change that would mean all ICR POS integrated venues with item images would have these images cleared on a menu sync. We have a avoided this outcome through a change on QikServe side to be able to save them
Bug Fixes
Saved cards on Paymentsense’s Cybersource integration were being duplicated with an incorrect expiry date
Nested sections with RES integration causing items to be removed from the basket
When an payment was turned offline on the Dashboard and added back then turned online again, the Google and Apple Pay settings had been reset but still showed as visible to the customer
